I did a deposit to a wrong PIN TTE K account. What should I do?

Send an email to our process payment area pinttekpsp@gmail.com 

On the subject add wrong deposit done.

Explain the situation, add your PIN TTE K customer number.

Attach in pdf a copy from the receipt or any document available.

We are going to contact your bank to correct the payment.

If the Bank didn't want to talk with us, you maybe have to contact your Bank directly.
